lazy mexican baked beans on toast

| what you will need |


bread for toasting
1 can of baked beans
1/2 can of diced tomato's or a diced fresh tomato
1/2 tspn of cumin powder
1/4 tspn of chili powder or jalapeno purée
1/2 Tspn of worchestershire sauce
1/2 diced capsicum green or red 
1 tspn of fresh coriander


|what to do|


~ heat baked beans and diced tomato in a pan
~ add cumin, chili/jalapeno and worchestershire sauce
~ add capsicum and cook until soft (or however you prefer)
~ leave to simmer for 3 minutes try not to boil
~ whilst waiting for the beans toast your bread 
~ before removing from heat add fresh coriander


arrange toast on plate and add beans on top, eat and enjoy.
